Seed Club Consulting

Seed Club Consulting merges research with legal work. For almost fifteen years, I’ve worked with entrepreneurs, grassroots groups, nonprofits, and government agencies conducting research, drafting documents, and providing policy analysis. If you are growing an idea that matters, I want to help you cultivate it. If you are building an ecosystem, movement, cultural institution, or a business that makes life better for other people, then I want to work with you. One project I am especially proud of is reviewing and advising for contracts that helped build a Black-centered design school. I also conducted focus groups for a government commission to assess perceptions of fairness in local courts. Details, fine print, breaking down legalese into understandable terms, and qualitative research are all my jam.

Seed Club is not a traditional firm because the folks I work with aren’t leaning into traditional ventures. I work with creative problem solvers who understand current systems and structures are failing most of us. I help founders, community organizers, and artists plant seeds to grow their ideas into reality. I help people and entities with beautiful, imaginative missions create more democratic organizations, protect their idea before it launches, and guide them through the regulatory terrain.
